VIETNAM BUSINESS FORUM - 2006 BUSINESS SENTIMENT SURVEY
The Forum is a channel for structured dialogue between the local and foreign business associations and the Government in an effort to further improve the business climate. The annual forum 2006 is planned to hold in Hanoi in early December.
In order to prepare the Annual Forum Report 2006, the Vietnam Business Forum Secretariat would like to seek the members' opinion in the attached 2006 Business Sentiment Survey. Your constructive feedback before September 25th 2006 would be highly appreciated.

On behalf of the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV), we are delighted to acknowledge the appointment of Ms. Kelly Tsang, Area Head for Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam, as the official representative of Cathay Pacific to HKBAV. Ms. Tsang joined the Swire Management Programme in 2016 and has since taken on diverse leadership roles within Cathay.

The Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) is pleased to welcome Mr. Wu Lin, Deputy General Manager of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ho Chi Minh City Branch, as a new member of our General Committee Board. Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He joined the Bank of China (BOC) in 1994 and has held several senior management roles across China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
